Today’s delicacy: a beautiful french-style quiche, made with love and leftover roasted chicken. Everyone loved it, so I hope you do too. It’s quick and easy to do + you can add anything in it.

Ingredients


  • 100g roasted potatoes

  • 200g roasted chicken

  • 20g sundried tomatoes

  • 1 whole onion (big)

  • 1 shallot

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • Thyme + rosemary (or any herb you like)

  • Mustard and tomato sauce

  • Balsamic vinegar

  • Pie crust

  • 4 eggs

  • 20 cl milk (whole is preferred)

  • 10 cl heavy cream
